The first postcard was sent to Herbert Heck in 1911. It has a picture of Main Street in Mondovi. The writing on the back is from Herbert's cousin:

The second postcard was sent to Miss Ada John. It is a picture of the Modena Graded School and reads:

929 Cambridge Ave.
Rec'd your postal some time ago. Am so busy that I don't think about writing. Was in Alma yesterday and got Tabea.
She came from La Crosse.
The third postcard was sent to Miss Ada John. It is a picture of the Mondovi train station and reads:
Please try and be at this station next Sat. 13. Roads are fine up here as dry as can be. Hope it won't rain for a while. Hope you'll get this in time. rec'd your (?) today. We thot you understood you should return Apr. 13 unless you were informed otherwise. Pretty short notice I'm sorry. Tabea
